Rules for competitions and offers

• Planet London runs competitions and offers from time to time online via the website and newsletter, for the benefit of our readers. The following rules apply:
1. Only one entry per person is permitted.
2. Entry is open to UK residents only.
3. Only original vouchers may be used.
4. Offers are subject to availability.
5. Prize will be drawn within one week of closing date.
6. Only the winners will be contacted personally.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone or email.
8. Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.
9. Entrants may be required to be 18 years of age or older.
10. Offers and prizes are not transferable.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. Employees of Planet London and any company associated with specific promotion, and their families, are not eligible to enter.
13. Proof of sending post/email is not proof of our receipt of your entry.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
15. The closing date is as specified.
16. The prize must be claimed, if appropriate, within one month of notification.
17. There is no cash alternative to the prize or offer and no other prize is available for request. But in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable Planet London reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
18. Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.
19. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.
20. Use of false name or address, i.e. name, by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
21. Planet London reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time.
22. The prize winners will be selected at random by Planet London. Planet London's decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.
24. Planet London will not pass on entrant's personal details to any other organisation without their permission, except if necessary for the purpose of awarding the prize.
